Accounts Inquiries - FAQs

Customer Invoice request
A confirmation email will be sent when you place your order. Once your order is dispatched (typically within 1/2 business days), you will receive a follow-up email containing:
- Delivery status
- Tracking information
- Product fitment information (if applicable)
- Invoice / VAT invoice
For your convenience, please anticipate a delivery timeframe of 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.

Kindly note: Please check your spam folder if you haven't received the email containing tracking and order details within this timeframe.

Please also note - invoices can be seen/printed from the channel you purchased on when you log into your account. If not, please follow with a request for accounts to send an invoice, please allow them some time to do this.
Supplier payment request

Please allow our accounts team to follow up with your request; in the meantime, please ensure you have offered the relevant information to allow easy resolution, including any invoice or statement numbers/copies as attachments.
VAT related questions
Sales to EU/UK: VAT is included in the price and will be charged according to your shipping country's rate.

Worldwide: VAT is not included in the price. You might be charged VAT and duty fees by your local customs office upon delivery. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

VAT for Businesses in the EU:
- Businesses in the EU can purchase VAT-free (0%) under B2B conditions. To qualify, please provide your VAT / Tax identification number so it can be validated with government systems. We can then offer you conditions without charging VAT on your order. Please also attach documents that may help with VAT number validation.
No Additional Taxes for EU & UK:
- Since we ship from Ireland/Northern Ireland, no additional taxes will be applied to orders delivered within the EU and UK. VAT Invoice will be emailed on order dispatch, please check your spam folder if not received.
